Phoenix’s Deandre Ayton will miss at least one week due to a left ankle sprain. Ayton left Friday’s game early in the first quarter and did not return.
Suns Center Deandre Ayton is ruled out for the remainder of the game with a left ankle injury. He seemed to roll it in the first quarter as he got up gimpy. A huge loss for the Suns. #WeAreTheValley #Pelicans #NBA

So far this season, the Suns center has averaged a little over 15 points per game plus 8.2 rebounds per game.
As replacements, Phoenix will look towards Jock Landale and Bismack Biyombo. However, these are some big shoes to fill, as Ayton has been a dominant force for the Suns.
Phoenix’s next game will be this Sunday against the 1-5 Houston Rockets.
