“It looks doubtful unless he really, really comes around he’s probably not going to be available.” Head coach Kliff Kingsbury said.
In three games this season, Green has five catches for 29 yards. Green is not what he once was, but he still provided veteran leadership. The receiver is in his 11th season and has caught 708 balls for 10,307 receiving yards and 68 touchdowns.
While with the Cincinnati Bengals, Green made the Pro Bowl seven times and was one of the best receivers in the NFL during that time. While his better days are behind him, Green could still contribute.
