Arizona Cardinals nose tackle Rashard Lawrence underwent hand surgery on Monday after getting hurt in the Cardinals’ week three loss to the Los Angeles Rams. There is no timetable for his return.

Lawrence played about 40% of the Cardinals’ defensive snaps in three games. He has recorded four tackles, two for a loss, and forced a fumble this season.
