PHOENIX — With the WNBA season just around the corner, the Phoenix Mercury announced its lineup of theme nights and fan giveaways for the first half of 2025.

Dubbed “the biggest, best slate of fan giveaways in our history” in a tweet by the Mercury, the first giveaway item will be given on opening night on May 17 when fans can get their hands on a Mercury basketball shirt. Other items to be given away include rally towels, a schedule magnet, an embossed Phoenix hat and a Pride jersey.
Mercury will also host 12 theme nights, its home opener as its first to celebrate 29 years of Mercury basketball. These theme nights range from celebrating cultures and identities to addressing social issues such as gun control.
