The Basha Bears Varsity Boys Basketball team will participate in the Damian Classic Tournament from Dec. 26-30 in California.

The Bears are 9-1 to start the season and are currently on a five-game win streak.

They are coming off a season where the team made it to the semifinal of the first-ever open state playoffs but lost to the Sunnyslope Vikings.
Basha has dominated and outscored opponents 754-459 through 10 games and is looking to get a chance at winning the state’s second open state championship.
First Matchup
Basha’s first matchup at the Damian Classic will be on Wednesday, Dec. 27 @ 8:30 p.m. against the 9-6 Centennial Huskies of Corona, CA.

While the Huskies have been solid this season, they took a step down from their 30-5 record last season where they made it to the CIF state semifinal.
The Bears have an opportunity to further prove their elite state against teams both in and out of state.
