GLENDALE – There isn’t a wide receiver on a hotter stretch than Arizona Cardinals’ Michael Wilson. In the past five weeks, Wilson has had 44 catches for 505 receiving yards and three touchdowns. He has emerged as a superstar for Arizona and looks to be the future in the Valley. Despite those numbers, the real highlight was on Sunday in Week 16 vs. the Atlanta Falcons where Wilson had the catch of the year on a miraculous catch.

The insane 32-yard touchdown is one of the longest of the season for the Cardinals. The ref initally called the catch incomplete with Wilson’s body covering the completion. However, the reception wouldn’t have happened if Falcons rookie cornerback Cobee Bryant didn’t have his leg under the ball to keep the ball from touching the ground. That allowed the ball to roll right in-between Wilson’s leg for the score.
Many fans are expecting Arizona and Wilson to tank for a top pick in the 2026 NFL draft, but it appears they didn’t get the memo for this insane grab.
