PHOENIX — The Phoenix Mercury could see two of their stars return to action against the Dallas Wings on Wednesday, June 11.

Mercury forwards Alyssa Thomas and Natasha Mack are listed as probable to play against the Wings. Thomas has been sidelined for the past five games with a left calf injury while Mack hasn’t played yet this season due to a back injury.

Phoenix head coach Nate Tibbetts is excited to have both players back and recovering well.
“The plan is for [Thomas] to play,” Tibbetts said to the media on Tuesday afternoon. “She’s been trending in the right direction. She had a really good day today, along with her and Mack.”

The Wings announced first-round pick Paige Bueckers will play without minute restrictions against Phoenix after missing games due to concussion protocol and illness.
