One key challenge in the game came before the end of the first half. A kickoff returned for a touchdown from the Wranglers had the Rattlers’ crowd yelling out for Guy to challenge the play.
“We saw it,” Guy said. “I was just letting the fans get riled up. We saw it the whole time.”
Guy mentioned that the kickoff team needed to be better to avoid plays like the one he had challenged.
“We got guys just jogging down the field,” Guy expressed. “We got to address it. Unfortunately, it’s going to affect some people’s playing time.”

Sneed, who passed for 172 yards Saturday night with two rushing touchdowns, praises the Rattlers’ offense for scoring in the first half of games to keep large leads. However, Sneed believes there are needs to be addressed.
“Wish I could be here and all fired up, but I’m not,” Sneed explained to Obert. “There’s still things to clean up so good thing we’re still early in the season. Let’s get back to the drawing board, but hey at the end of the day. A win is a win.”
The Rattlers will go for its fifth win in a row as it heads south to face the Tucson Sugar Skulls in a rematch this Saturday, May 3 at 6:05 p.m.
