Phoenix Raceway is set to once again become the epicenter of NASCAR excitement in 2025, with two major race weekends on the calendar. The first of these high-octane events is scheduled for March 8-9.

The NASCAR Cup Series will take center stage the following day, Sunday, March 9, with the Shriners Children’s 500. Top drivers will compete for an early-season victory that guarantees their spot in the 2025 Cup Series Playoffs.
Phoenix Raceway will again play host to the NASCAR Championship Weekend on October 31 to November 2, 2025, in addition to this March extravaganza. This event has become a staple for racing fans, cementing Phoenix Raceway’s reputation as a leading motorsports venue. The track’s president, Latasha Causey, emphasized the significance of these events, noting, “This is an incredible win for our fans. There’s no better place to be in March and November than Phoenix Raceway, as our fans continue to show their overwhelming support of NASCAR racing in The Valley.”
Tickets for the 2025 season are already on sale, and fans eager to witness the excitement firsthand are encouraged to act quickly. The 2024 NASCAR Championship Weekend, taking place November 8-10, has only a limited number of tickets remaining. This weekend holds a packed schedule, starting with the ARCA Menards Series West championship race and the Desert Diamond Casino West Valley 100 on Friday, November 8. The NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series Championship Race will also be held that day. Saturday, November 9, features the Xfinity Series Championship Race, along with Cup Series practice and qualifying sessions, leading up to the highly anticipated Cup Series Championship Race on Sunday, November 10.
Phoenix Raceway has been a cornerstone of the NASCAR community since it first opened in 1964. Its role as the host of NASCAR Championship Weekend since 2020 has only solidified its status as a premier venue for motorsports in the Southwest.
