Last night, linebacker Lee Fuimaono, who goes by Puka, out of San Clemente (Calif.) High School announced his commitment to ASU while on a visit to the school.

“Grateful and blessed,” Fuimaono wrote on X. “Thank you God for bringing me home. I would like to announce my commitment to THE @ASUFootball”

247 Sports rates the 6-foot-1, 215 pound Fuimaono as the No. 139 athlete nationally and No. 145 player out of California. BYU, Colorado State, San Diego State, San Jose State and UNLV had also offered him.

According to MaxPreps, Fuimaono had 92 total tackles (three for loss) and one interception in his junior season last year.

Arizona State has now landed two recruits this weekend, as three-star OT Desean Bryant Jr. also committed to the school on Friday.

This brings the Sun Devils’ total commitments for the 2025 class to 14, as they now have the No. 19 class in the country on the 247 Sports composite rankings and No. 2 in the Big 12 behind only TCU.
