The Highland Hawks boys basketball team has secured a spot in the 6A quarterfinals after defeating the Red Mountain Mountain Lions 48-43.

Highland’s chance to repeat
During Round Two of the 6A bracket, Highland put together a 48-43 victory against the Mountain Lions (15-13).

The Hawks (20-7) are defending 6A Champions and have an opportunity to repeat this season.
They are set for a rematch with Sandra Day O’Connor on Friday, Feb. 23 @ 7 p.m. MST. The winner will secure a spot in the semifinal and be one step closer to a championship.
