The Arizona State Sun Devils (11-9) fall to 5-4 in conference play after an 84-71 loss to the Oregon State Beavers (11-9, 3-6 in conference).
Sun Devils’ Shooting Struggles
One factor stood out above all others and that is ASU’s continuous shooting struggles. The team shot an alarming 3/26 from beyond the arc, making them 7/43 over the last two games.
The Beavers got off to a hot start early on and went into the half with a 15-point lead. Despite continuing to force turnovers at a high rate, the Sun Devils could not capitalize off them due to their poor shooting.
