The Suns led for just a couple seconds early on, with the Wizards controlling the game for the first two quarters, leading by as much as 16 at one point.

From beyond the arc, the Suns have made just two threes out of 19 attempts. Devin Booker is 1-7, Grayson Allen is 0-4, and Eric Gordon is 1-4.

It has so far just been Kevin Durant carrying Phoenix’s offense, with 13 points on 6-11 shooting.

Meanwhile, the Wizards have three players on their starting lineup with 10+ points, including Daniel Gafford, Kyle Kuzma, and Tyus Jones.

It was one of the ugliest first half’s that the Suns have had all season long. They are now at risk of losing their 3rd game in a row, along with 7 of their last 9.

Whether it be good defense, or bad offense, something needs to change in the 3rd quarter.

A win for the Wizards would make it their 2nd in a row for the first time this season.
