Diamondbacks Fans are Disappointed After Ugly Game 3 Loss

The Diamondbacks lost to the Rangers in Game 3 3-1. The offense didn’t wake up at all this game. Even when runners got on base, a double-play or a quick out happened to stall any momentum. It was an ugly loss for a D-backs team that just scored 10 in game two.

Here are some fan reactions to the loss.

It all came down to one inning. Brandon Pfaadt made one mistake pitch to Corey Seager in the third inning, just like Paul Sewald did in Game 1. That mistake pitch turned into the game-winning home run.

The third base coach in question is on this play.

It was the only time in this game when the D-backs were close to scoring a run before the 8th inning. This led to a lot of criticism on the third-base coach because he put up the stop sign very late.

Brandon Pfaadt was very good outside of that messy third inning, but the offense could not do anything. Not to mention, the umps were terrible.

It was a rough game, but the D-backs will have another chance tomorrow night with a bullpen game in sight. It will be the bullpen versus Jon Gray.
