Beal is very happy to be a Sun. It is evidenced by how eager he is to get on the court.

“I barely slept last night, like I was excited just to get on the plane today and get going and be in practice,” Beal said.

Beal only played two games in the preseason for the Suns, giving fans a very small sample size of what to expect from him. However, Beal said he is hoping to play tomorrow depending on how he’s feeling.

Suns’ fans can’t wait until Beal makes his debut alongside Devin Booker and Kevin Durant. Hopefully, that day is tomorrow.

Phoenix plays at Golden State at 7 p.m. MST.

Beal talks about his injury, excitement to play, guarding Steph Curry, importance of defense, having a veteran-led team and more in this press conference.
