Nkuba is listed at 6-foot-2, 175 pounds, and he earned MVP honors for his position at the Rivals Camp in Dallas.

He racked up seven interceptions in 11 games as a junior for Lewisville High School in Texas last season.

Nkuba first received an offer from Arizona State on Dec. 15, 2022 and announced the Sun Devils were in his top five exactly a week ago. He took an unofficial visit to the school in March.

He was recruited heavily by cornerbacks coach Bryan Carrington, who started recruiting him all the way back when he was an assistant coach at TCU before joining coach Kenny Dillingham’s staff at ASU.

Carrington and other Arizona State coaches were thrilled with the news.

Nkuba is the third class of 2024 recruit from Texas for ASU, as Carrington and wide receiver coach Ra’Shaad Samples are looking to establish a pipeline there.

He is the fourth overall commitment to the Sun Devils in his class and has a chance to be a key building block for Dillingham in establishing a winning culture at ASU.
