Standing at 6-foot-4 and weighing 265 pounds, Conyers has high standards to prove his dominance this fall after delivering some impressive performances late last season, following the appointment of Shaun Aguano as interim head coach. In an October matchup against Colorado, Conyers scored three touchdowns and racked up 108 receiving yards. In the final game against Arizona, he tallied 76 yards and a touchdown. Overall, Conyers had 38 receptions for 422 yards and five touchdowns last season. His 422 receiving yards were tenth all-time by a Sun Devil tight end.

If healthy, Conyers is poised to break or put himself near the top of the single-season tight end records at ASU this fall, especially with new coach Kenny Dillingham and his up-tempo offensive system. He had a very impressive and dominant spring, looking like a top weapon for the Sun Devils even with a deep and talented wide receiver core. He will likely be on many preseason award watchlists.

Conyers transferred to the Sun Devils after the 2020 season from Oklahoma after redshirting in his lone season for the Sooners. He was a consensus four-star prospect coming out of high school, and he played mostly wide receiver before coming over to ASU. Conyers only had six catches, 62 yards and one touchdown in the 2021 season. However, he has shown that he is a force to be reckoned with after his play last season and this spring.

All of the cards are on the table now for Conyers to make his mark as a top NFL prospect and one of the best tight ends in the country.
