The Suns are heading into game 3 with a big-time opportunity to go up 3-1 after winning game 3 129-124 in Los Angeles on Thursday night.

Devin Booker had an all-time playoff performance dropping 45 points on 64% shooting and he now leads the NBA Playoffs in points per game with 36.

Kevin Durant also had a great game as he scored 28 points on only 15 shots to go along with 5 assists and a mean ferocious dunk that got the whole stadium silent going into a timeout.

The Suns attempted 46 free throws to the Clippers’ 25 and the Clippers still took them the distance thanks in large part to Norman Powell who had 42 points and 7 threes and Russell Westbrook who had a double-double with 30 points and 11 assists.

The Clippers find themselves in a must-win game 4 but they will have to do so without all-star player Kawhi Leonard who is out for a second game in a row with a knee sprain.

Leonard was having a great start to the series before his injury. He was averaging 35 PPG and his defense was looking great during the series when he was matched up with Kevin Durant.

With the Clippers already without Paul George who is also nursing a right knee sprain, the Clippers have another tall task to try and conquer in hopes that they don’t get down 3-1 in the series before going back to Phoenix for Game 5.

Here are the odds for today’s game as well as my prediction for how I believe things will pan out.

Odds For Suns vs. Clippers Game 4:

Against the spread for tonight’s game, the Suns are favored at – 7.5 which is similar to where they were in Games 1 and 2 of this series.

The Moneyline is set at -320 for the Suns and +290 for the Clippers and the Over/Under is set at over 226.5 for the Suns and under 227.5 for the Clippers. Now here are my predictions for the game.

Prediction For Suns vs. Clippers Game 4:

I got the Suns winning today by a final score of 125-111. I believe they easily get the spread and the Suns as a team have a great game from the three-point line today.

I’m looking for Kevin Durant to have 30+ and lead the team in scoring and for the Suns to have control of this game in the second quarter.
