The Phoenix Suns host the Denver Nuggets tonight at Footprint Center at 7:30 PM in what is supposed to be a marquee matchup between two of the top teams in the Western Conference.
The Suns are coming into tonight’s game with nobody on the injury report for the second straight game. For the Nuggets however, they have 4 out of their 5 starting players questionable going into tonight’s game with more answers to come closer to tip-off.
Nikola Jokic (right calf tightness), Jamal Murray (left knee injury management), Michael Porter Jr. (left heel injury management) and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope (non-COVID illness) are all questionable tonight against the Suns. Nobody on the injury report for Phoenix

Two-time MVP and leading MVP candidate Nikola Jokic missed last night’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans with right calf tightness. I expect him to play in tonight’s game after resting last night. In terms of Jamal Murray and Michael Porter Jr, I expect them to sit especially Murray being handled similarly to Klay Thompson when it comes to back-to-back games after an ACL injury.
This bodes for a huge opportunity for the Suns as they’re looking to climb wins and build more on court chemistry in track to lock in a playoff spot soon. Kevin Durant is coming off of a poor shooting night and is looking to bounce back tonight against the Nuggets.
Tip off starts tonight at 7:30 PM AZ time and we’ll see how healthy the Nuggets will be going into tonight’s game against the Suns.
