It appeared to all be in fun and games, however the old wise tale is every joke has a side of truth to it. This coming late last night, which happened to be the day after the Bucks beat the Suns on Sunday.
Also to add fuel to the fire, Antetokounmpo would his one and only championship ring to date against the Phoenix Suns. Which is the team Kevin Durant is currently playing on.
Giannis is slowly becoming the villain of the NBA in a joker sense. The fans love him, retired NBA legends love him, however current NBA players have been a target of his destruction.
He has that old school loyalty that few today possess and is not afraid to ruffle the feathers of other NBA greats in todays era. It is him and the Milwaukee Bucks against the world in his eyes.
Giannis and the Bucks were also the team that knocked Kevin Durant and the Brooklyn Nets out of the playoffs last season.
