Dan Quinn Interviewed for the Cardinals Head Coaching Job

The Arizona Cardinals interviewed Dan Quinn virtually on Saturday for the Cardinals’ head coaching job. Quinn is currently the defensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys.

He has been with Dallas for the last two seasons; when he took over the defense, they were ranked 28th in points. The Cowboys’ defense has been in the top ten in the last two years.

Before joining Dallas, Quinn spent six years as the head coach for the Atlanta Falcons. He finished with a record 43-42. Quinn helped the Falcons get to the Super Bowl in 2016, which they ended up losing to the New England Patriots after being up 28-3.

Quinn started coaching in 2001 when he was the San Francisco 49ers’ defensive quality coach. He also coached for the Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, and Seattle Seahawks. The former Falcons coach was the defensive coordinator for the Legend of Boom with the Seahawks.
