PHOENIX — Phoenix Mercury’s Satou Sabally was selected as a starter for the WNBA All-Star Game, the team announced in a press release.

Sabally has been one of Mercury’s game-changers, averaging 19.1 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.6 assists so far this season. She set the franchise record with the most rebounds by a player in their first 17 games with 136.
The 6-foot-4 forward also joins A’ja Wilson and Napheesa Collier as the only players to average at least 19 points, eight rebounds, two assists and one steal.

This will be Sabally’s third season selected as an All-Star and her second selection as a starter.
The WNBA All-Star Game will take place on Saturday, July 19 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
