PHOENIX — Phoenix Suns star Kevin Durant spoke to the media following their 132-102 blowout loss to the defending champion Boston Celtics.
Durant finished the game with 30 points on 11-of-16 from the field and 3-of-4 from beyond the arc adding to the ridiculously efficient scoring run he’s been on recently.
The 15-time All-Star discussed how he wishes he could always play all 48 minutes of a game, especially when he starts off hot like he did in this one — erupting for 16 points in the first quarter.
Phoenix ends its homestand with this loss and heads to Minnesota for a matchup against the Timberwolves. They sit 0.5 games behind the Sacramento Kings for the No. 9 seed and are tied for the 10th seed with the Dallas Mavericks.
