James Conner has evolved into being the work horse and catalyst of the Cardinals offense. The veteran running back is quietly having one of the best seasons in the NFL. Conner has rushed for over 500 yards already, including three 100-yard games. He’s become the work horse of the backfield and his production is directly correlated to Arizona’s success. In games where Conner gets at least 19 carries, the Cardinals are 3-0. In games that he doesn’t, they’re 0-4.
