Repping the number zero this season after wearing No. 9 with the Washington Mystics, the alteration features a cloud shape on its sides.

When she unboxed the jersey and gave her instant reaction, Cloud was pumped over how it turned out.

“You can rock with a zero or you can really rock with the brand and go with the Cloud Zero,” Cloud said.

As a free agent, Cloud signed a two-year, $400,000 contract with the Mercury on Feb. 1. The Mystics’ 15th overall pick in the 2015 WNBA Draft played 248 games, and averaged 8.1 points, 5.1 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game.

Playing in the nation’s capital, she led the Mystics to back-to-back WNBA Finals appearances in 2018-19 before they captured the first championship in franchise history in 2019.

The Pennsylvania native is known for her elite playmaking and defensive prowess on both ends of the floor. Cloud was Washington’s all-time leader in assists with 1,259 and has been a top-five player in that statistic in the league for the past four seasons. She is also a two-time WNBA All-Defensive Team selection in 2019 and 2022.

Last season, Cloud averaged a career-high in points (12.7). She also collected 3.7 rebounds, 6.2 assists and 1.1 steals per game.

In her first game as a Mercury, the eight-year WNBA veteran started and totaled 14 points, eight rebounds and seven assists in 34 minutes against the Las Vegas Aces on Tuesday.

Looking to be a game-changer and bringing in her championship experience, Cloud will soon be a fan favorite with her outgoing personality and passion for the sport.

To purchase a jersey with this option, it will be available at Footprint Center during every home game.

On Saturday, Cloud and the Mercury take on the Atlanta Dream at home at 7 p.m. PT.
