Green’s ASU career
Green was a three-star recruit coming out of Atlanta and made an immediate impact for the Sun Devils as only a freshman.

He was a huge part of Arizona State’s defense and his absence will be felt next season.
Why the transfer
With just one collegiate season remaining, Green opted to enter the transfer portal for a new opportunity.
He then committed to the Washington Huskies before head coach Kalen DeBoer’s departure. Following DeBoer’s departure, Green and several more Husky players entered the portal.
The expectation is that Arizona State EDGE transfer B.J. Green is going to transfer to Colorado, sources tell @247sports.
