Arizona State locks in Kenny Dillingham to five-year extension

Kenny Dillingham will have another season to work with a veteran defensive lineman. ASU fans rejoiced on social media after hearing that C.J. Fite, a talented defensive tackle, chose to forgo turning pro. Fite stated on X that he is a “Sun Devil 4 Life” and is excited about what is in store for next season. The native Texan put together a solid junior campaign with 28 tackles — including 6.5 tackles for loss and a sack. He also had four quarterback hurries, a pas breakup, and a forced fumble.

Fite will look to anchor a defensive front that wants to harass every quarterback in the Big 12.

Dillingham knows part of winning a national championship is strength on defense, and having Fite back is huge.
