On3 national reporter Pete Nakos has identified several programs to monitor as Leavitt enters the transfer portal, including Oregon, Indiana, Miami and LSU.
Nakos reported those schools as logical fits for the quarterback based on offensive needs and quarterback development track records. After emerging with the Sun Devils over the past two seasons, a move to one of those programs could position Leavitt well for his long-term career.

Leavitt transferred to Arizona State from Michigan and developed into a modern quarterback profile: agile, efficient and capable as a runner. Young quarterbacks often require the right environment to thrive, something Arizona State provided during a transitional period for the program.
Now, Leavitt appears poised to explore opportunities elsewhere.

Each of the programs mentioned offers an appeal for a quarterback seeking stability and development. What they share is a history of producing quarterbacks who have advanced to the NFL.
Nakos’ reporting places the quarterback in high regard and adds further attention to where the former Sun Devil standout could find himself next season.
