PHOENIX — Phoenix Rising announced they have loaned defender Harvey Neville to San Antonio FC for the rest of the 2025 season.

The 23-year-old joined Phoenix in January and appeared in five matches, with four starts, for the club this year. He previously played with the Timbers2 and briefly with Sacramento Republic FC.
Neville’s last match for Rising was on April 19 against Sacramento Republic.
