Phoenix Suns star forward Kevin Durant is officially listed doubtful for their matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday with a left ankle sprain.

The 15-time NBA All-Star is 26 points away from reaching 30,000 career points after Suns teammate Devin Booker became Phoenix’s all-time franchise leading scorer.
Durant has recently been the subject of trade talks as the Feb. 6 NBA trade deadline looms and the seismic Luka DonÄŤić-Anthony Davis trade made way for any possibility. While Phoenix owner Mat Ishbia has made it known that Durant will never be traded, recent events prove that even the best NBA players aren’t safe.
