In a workout with popular basketball trainer Jamal Lovell, Durant proved why he is one of the most entertaining players to watch even while training because of how serious he takes mastering his craft and effortless he makes it look.

Dunn, drafted 28th overall, showed off his impressive athleticism and good form on his 3-point shot, something he said he has been working hard to improve after only shooting 20% from 3 last season at Virginia.

Dunn previously called Durant his favorite player growing up. The Suns have said they liked Dunn because of his impressive work ethic, and he has been labeled a “tireless worker” by Suns general manager James Jones, as well as his previous assistant coaches in college.

Now, we get out our first glimpse of what Dunn can do in the gym alongside some elite NBA talent. How this translates to the floor remains to be seen, but many reports suggest the Suns are pretty high on Dunn.

The first time fans will get to see Dunn and Durant in action together is the Suns’ preseason opener on Oct. 6 against the Los Angeles Lakers.
