The reason this final game had not been scheduled is because the four teams with the best records through the first four games advance to play in the semifinals on July 21 with the winners advancing to the championship on July 22.
Right now, the Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, Memphis Grizzlies, San Antonio Spurs and Miami Heat all boast perfect 3-0 records.
The Suns dropped their first two games of Summer League play against the Warriors and Indiana Pacers, but bounced back last night in a last-second, 100-99 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Saturday’s game will be taking place at the same time as the United States men’s basketball team’s next exhibition game against South Sudan in London. This will be the fourth of five friendlies the team plays before heading off to the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Suns use last-second free throws to pick up 1st Summer League victory, a 100-99 win over Thunder
