Allen also sprained his right ankle during the third quarter of Game 1 and did not return. He was questionable heading into tonight before coach Frank Vogel said he was available pregame.
Allen had three points on 1-of-2 shooting, three rebounds and a steal in 17 minutes before his injury. The Suns led the Minnesota Timberwolves 53-52 at the time of his injury.
The Suns are looking to even the series at 1-1 before they head back to Phoenix for Game 3 on Friday. However, this is not an encouraging sign at all for Allen’s availability for the rest of the series.
