Unsurprisingly, Corbin Carroll tied the top spot on the Diamondbacks’ roster with a rating of 91. The 2023 NL Rookie of the Year, Carroll impressed with 116 runs, 54 stolen bases, and an OPS of .868 last season.

Matching Carroll with an overall rating of 91 is Zac Gallen, who claimed third place in the 2023 Cy Young Award voting.

Close behind this duo is Ketel Marte, who boasts an overall rating of 89. Marte’s regular season was indeed remarkable, but it was his record-setting postseason that will truly be remembered. Continuing from 2017, Marte extended his hitting streak to 18 games, setting a new MLB record and earning the title of NLCS MVP.

Ranked fourth in the team is Christian Walker with an 88 overall rating. Not only did Walker secure a Gold Glove, but he also led the Diamondbacks with 36 home runs and notched 103 RBIs.

Landing in fifth place is Merrill Kelly, with a rating of 83. This may appear somewhat undervalued given Kelly’s significant contribution to the Diamondbacks’ pitching staff. Last season, he finished with a commendable 3.29 ERA, and during October, he conceded only 6 earned runs over 24 innings pitched.

In a broader view across the league, five players achieved the pinnacle rating of 99 overall, including stars like Mike Trout, Aaron Judge, Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Ronald Acuña Jr.
