In response to Barkley’s comment, Nurkic pointed out that Barkley didn’t even vote for Devin Booker as an All-Star.

Notably, Charles Barkley was the only member of the TNT crew who did not vote for Booker.
During Barkley’s four seasons in Phoenix, he averaged 23.4 points and 11.5 rebounds per game, with the Suns reaching the playoffs in all four seasons, including a loss to the Chicago Bulls in the 1993 NBA Finals.

To no surprise, Nurkic was not the only one that explained his frustration with the comment. He was joined by numerous fans, some of whom expressed fatigue with Barkley being considered a “Phoenix legend.”
