The Suns looked lost all night long. They turned the ball over 20 times, played poor defense, and their best shooters (besides Grayson Allen) could not buy a basket. It was setting up to be a disastrous 20+ point loss to their Pacific Division rivals.
However, the energy shifted in the 4th quarter. After initially allowing the Kings to build their lead to as much as 22 points with a little over 8 minutes remaining, a 7-point run by the Suns sparked a historical ending.
Leading the charge, Kevin Durant spearheaded a sensational 32-8 run. He capped off the comeback with a pair of free throws, securing a two-point lead for Phoenix with less than two seconds on the clock.
Here were some of the best reactions from a game that will forever be remembered in Suns’ history:

The Suns just saved their season.
Turned a disheartening loss into their best win (and comeback) of the season. That’s one that can turn this season around.
WE’RE SO BACK.

A Game the @Suns should hold on to the rest of the season to remind themselves what they are capable of in regards to the defensive energy they showed in that 4th quarter! Amazing comeback. https://t.co/PJNbwQJ4Z7

One of the most absurd comebacks you will see. The Suns looked dead. They only led for 35 seconds in this game.

Suns did a 180 from being the worst 4th quarter team to now owning the biggest 4th quarter comeback of the year…
