Last week, Arizona went to Chicago and fell 27-16 to the Bears a week ago as the Cardinals defense gave up 21 points in the first half alone.

Arizona’s struggling offense will be without one of their more important weapons, placing WR Marquise Brown on Injured Reserve. The Cardinals have the second lowest amount of passing yards in the NFL (2936). but Arizona is ninth in rushing yards (1938) and tenth in rushing touchdowns (15).

For Arizona quarterback Kyler Murray today, he will have to rely on TE Trey McBride who has been the standout performer for offensive coordinator Drew Petzing’s playbook. In 15 games this season, McBride has 72 receptions, 743 yards and scored two touchdowns.

Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon returns to Lincoln Financial Field for the first time since leaving his role as the Eagles’ offensive coordinator. Gannon was hired by Arizona after Philadelphia’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII, 38-35.

Recently, the Eagles snapped a three-game losing streak, after starting 11-1, with a 33-25 victory over the New York Giants last Sunday.

Quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 24-of-38 passes, 301 yards, one passing and one rushing TD to end their skid.
