Kevin Durant was added to the Phoenix Suns (9-6) injury report this morning for today’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies (3-11) after not being listed yesterday.

Durant is questionable with right foot soreness in what is a must-win game for the Suns. Durant has scored 30 points in five-straight games and been the biggest reason why Phoenix has won five in a row. He has played in all 15 of the Suns’ games so far and is firmly in the MVP conversation with averages of 31,4 points, 7.1 rebounds and 5.5 assists.

Phoenix will be missing Drew Eubanks (left ankle sprain) after he went down with the injury during Wednesday’s victory over the Warriors and did not return. Bradley Beal (low back strain), Yuta Watanabe (left quad contusion) and Damion Lee (right meniscus surgery) remain out for the Suns.

The Grizzlies have an even longer list of players on their injury report than the Suns. Desmond Bane (left foot sprain) is questionable, and seven players are out.

These seven players are: Ja Morant (league suspension), Steven Adams (right knee MCL surgery), Marcus Smart (left foot sprain), Brandon Clarke (left achilles tendon repair), Luke Kennard (left knee bone bruise), Xavier Tillman (left knee injury recovery) and Jake LaRavia (left eye abrasion).

If Durant is unable to go, it will obviously be a huge blow for the Suns. They need to win tonight by a decent margin to keep their hopes alive to advance in the In-Season Tournament.

Today’s game tips off at 3 p.m. MST.
