Devin Booker had 27 points in the first half against the Nuggets. Among those to take notice was none other than former Suns forward and fan-favorite Mikal Bridges, as he tweeted about Booker at halftime.

Bridges and the Nets recently got eliminated in the first round, but Bridges impressed, averaging 23.5 points, 5.3 rebounds and four assists in the series. He still clearly has love for his former team and star teammate.
A special first half for Devin Booker.

Booker’s co-star Kevin Durant, who Bridges was part of the trade package for, had 21 points, six rebounds and five assists in the half. Another piece of the trade, T.J. Warren, who had hardly seen any playing time before tonight, logged 12 minutes in the half and made a big difference on both ends of the floor.

There is no doubt that having Bridges right now would benefit the Suns, as no one else on the team is providing much offensive help to Booker and KD, even though they were up 67-52 over the Nuggets at halftime.
