It seems like Kevin Durant’s injury is looked upon more as a precaution for the Suns rather than something really serious. Reports came out today that if the playoffs started today, Durant would be on the court playing with his teammates.
YO SO SUNS GM said Kevin Durant would/could play through the ankle thing if the playoffs started today.
So the KD injury is actually minor and they’re just being cautious. Lets go great news!

In his first few games as a member of the Suns, Kevin Durant has been lighting it up. He was averaging 26.7 PPG, 7.3 RPG, 3.7 APG, and 1.3 BLK on 69% from the floor and 54% from three. The man has been an absolute cheat code when paired up with Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and Deandre Ayton.
This is major news as left ankle sprains can be tricky to monitor, but it’s really encouraging to hear that Durant is ok after the scary pregame warm-up injury that he suffered before his home debut on Tuesday.

Blown Coverages and Composure Were Key In The Suns Loss To The Kings
Durant will be re-evaluated in three weeks after his scary injury. But with the Suns GM offering these types of words of encouragement, this gives Suns fans some breath of fresh air.
