During a tough loss last night to the Los Angeles Clippers, Deandre Ayton eclipsed a stat that only six players in Suns history were able to accomplish as he’s now over 3,000 career rebounds becoming the seventh player in franchise history to do it.
3K for DA! 😤

Ayton trails behind Shawn Marion, Amare Stoudemire, Larry Nance, Neal Walk, Mark West, and Charles Barkley in Suns history for an all-time leading rebounder.
In order to catch up to the next person in line Charles Barkley, he will need to grab 232 more rebounds to tie with him and 233 to pass him this season. With only 22 games left in the regular season, this stat seems like it might happen next season unless Ayton goes on an absurd rebounding run.
Let’s see if Ayton can catch up to Charles Barkley by the end of the season and make even more history for the Suns.
