Suns Sign Duane Washington Jr. to a Two-Way Deal

The Phoenix Suns signed Duane Washington Jr. to a two-way contract. Washington played for the Indiana Pacers as a rookie last season.

He averaged 9.9 points and 1.8 assists per game in 20.2 minutes per contest. Washington played in 48 games and made seven starts. He was one of the players waived by the Pacers when they signed Deandre Ayton to an offer sheet. The Suns matched the offer, and Ayton is now back with Phoenix.

Washington was undrafted out of Ohio State and will take one of two two-way roster sports for the Suns.
