Tyus Jones detailed what was key for the Phoenix Suns to be successful in achieving a 116-109 win over the Portland Trail Blazers.
Having himself a night by shooting 8-for-9 (88.9%) from the field and a perfect 3-for-3 from 3, Jones scored 19 points. He also pitched in with four rebounds and four assists in the victory.
Jones spoke about embracing the playmaker role, leading by example, not taking his position for granted, sharing mutual respect with Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups, making the proper adjustments to beat Portland and more.
