PHOENIX – The Phoenix Suns have unveiled their 2025-26 NBA regular season schedule and key matchups, setting the stage for a new era in the Valley.

Phoenix has its season and home opener on Wednesday, October 22nd against the Sacramento Kings, giving fans an early look at how Devin Booker will command the offense without the likes of Kevin Durant and Bradley Beal. Some other key early dates for the Suns include facing off against both former Suns stars back at PHX Arena when the Los Angeles Clippers come to Phoenix on Thursday, November 6th, and the Houston Rockets fly into the desert on Monday, November 24th.

The Suns won’t face off against LeBron James, Luka Dončić, and the Los Angeles Lakers until December, when they travel to Los Angeles on Monday, December 1st, and face off against them back at PHX Arena on Tuesday, December 23rd, which is around the Emirates NBA Cup.

Phoenix Suns’ Emirates NBA Cup dates:

  • Friday, October 31st, 2025 – Utah Jazz vs Phoenix Suns at PHX Arena
  • Friday, November 21st, 2025 – Minnesota Timberwolves vs Phoenix Suns at PHX Arena
  • Wednesday, November 26th – Phoenix Suns @ Sacramento Kings at Golden 1 Center
  • Friday, November 28th – Phoenix Suns @ Oklahoma City Thunder at Paycom Center

Looking forward, the Suns will only have two games on the road during February with the addition of the NBA All-Star Break. They will take on the Portland Trailblazers on Tuesday, February 3rd and the San Antonio Spurs on Thursday, February 19th. March will include a long stretch on the road for the Suns towards the end of the season as they play six straight road games from March 10th to March 19th.

The Suns will be looking to blend young talent and depth pieces into a cohesive unit capable of competing with the tough Western Conference. Suns fans at Footprint Center can expect an intense and competitive season, one where every marquee matchup will test Phoenix’s resilience and reveal just how far their new era can go.
