PHOENIX — After a fourth win in a row in USL Championship action, Phoenix Rising’s Pa-Modou Kah, Dariusz Formella and Patrick Rakovsky received Team of the Week Honors 13/14.

Head coach Kah has brought Rising to four straight wins in their last four games, defeating the Las Vegas Lights FC and Orange County SC in its latest two wins. Kah’s group finished first or second among all teams in points won, goals scored, goals conceded, and goal differential. This is his third Coach of the Week honor.

Formella had a prominent role in Phoenix’s last two victories. He completed 85% of his passes, and recorded one goal and two assists total in the past two weeks.

Rakovsky made seven saves in Rising’s last two USL matches, including a crucial penalty shot in Vegas. He has only given up two goals in Phoenix’s last four wins.
