Booker and Durant were staple figures in the USA’s Olympic basketball run. They were arguably two of the four most important players this summer.
Booker received praise for altering his style of play to one that was more all-around and contributed to the team’s success. The four-time All-Star averaged 11.7 points, 2.7 rebounds and 3.3 assists per game and shot 56.5 % (13-23 FG) from beyond the arc.
Durant became the all-time Olympic basketball leading scorer, passing Lisa Leslie, and averaged 13.8 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 22.2 minutes per game.
