The Phoenix Suns‘ 130-123 victory over the Washington Wizards was a perfect encapsulation of what this entire Suns season has been.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! What was once a 24-point lead late in the third quarter was thrown away after the Wizards put together a 19-5 run over the last five minutes of the fourth quarter that brought Washington to within three points at one point.
Despite 37 points from Devin Booker, a 40-point final Wizards quarter squandered what otherwise would have been one of the best wins of Phoenix’s season. A spark from Grayson Allen (21 points off the bench) and rookie Ryan Dunn (career-high 18 points) was overshadowed by yet another display of unseriousness from the Suns.
Fans took to social media to project the rollercoaster of a night. Here’s what they had to say:
can the Suns just blow out a clear inferior team for once dawg this 4th quarter has been disgusting

I do not think the Suns are one piece away as many think. There’s some real underlying issues with this team.

Great first quarter from the Suns followed by a horrible one.
