PHOENIX — Just as the Phoenix Suns got a glimmer of hope after Devin Booker returned from a five-game absence with a left groin contusion, star guard Bradley Beal exited Tuesday’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies at halftime with a hip contusion.

The three-time All-Star already missed 10 games this season with two different injuries. This is a tough blow to a Suns team that has been struggling to keep their Big Three of Beal, Booker and Kevin Durant on the floor together.

Beal played 12 minutes against the Grizzlies and scored just three points on 1-for-5 shooting to go along with two assists and a rebound.

The Big Three has played in just 11 games (190 minutes) together and are 8-3 in that handful of contests.
