Collins’ Two-Way Dominance

Collins has been a force to be reckoned with on both sides of the floor for ASU.

The Sacramento native currently leads the team with 13.7 points, 3.5 assists, and 3.1 steals per game as well as being second in rebounds with 5.1 a game.

Not only has Collins been a defensive force and pest this season, but he has consistently shown up offensively when it matters, converting on multiple game-winning shots.

The team needed some consistency and leadership after a rocky losing streak and the junior provides that and much more for the Sun Devils.

Following a solid first season with ASU after transferring from Michigan in 2022, Collins improved significantly in every aspect and continues to showcase his strong leadership skills.

Sun Devils’ Success

After losing three straight, dropping them to 6-5, the Sun Devils have now won four straight games and are hitting on all cylinders. They are undefeated in conference play at 4-0 and have yet to take a loss at home this season.

ASU has proven that they can win close, hard-fought games, as four of their last five victories have come by just one possession.

Making late-game runs and limiting mistakes when the game is on the line is what makes great teams, and that is precisely what the Sun Devils have been doing as of late. They now face the Washington Huskies tonight and will look to stay undefeated in the conference.
