Devin Booker meets with the media ahead of his return to action tonight after missing the last five games due to a right calf strain. The Phoenix Suns (4-6) play the Minnesota Timberwolves (8-2) at home at 7 p.m. MST tonight.
Thank you for reading this post, don't forget to subscribe! It will also be the first time that Booker, Bradley Beal and Kevin Durant all play together in a regular season game.
The Suns have struggled mightily in Booker’s absence, dropping two straight due to blown fourth quarter leads. Phoenix is currently the worst fourth quarter team in the league and 28th in turnovers, two areas that Booker can help in mightily.
“Ready to go,” Booker said. “It’s been what 13, two weeks, 13-14 days. I’m just trying to get back. I would say rehabbing is harder than playing, you have a lot more responsibilities. I just want to go out there and play.”
“I took my time with this one. I was coming back if we were on a win streak or losing streak right now.”
